Operation – Get Fit Before Forty: My Journey!

I can’t believe I’m almost 40 :-(

Well, I guess it’s time to put my money where my mouth is!  This post marks the impetus of the next 4 and a half months of what I’d like to call, “Put up or Shut up!”  Stay tuned for photos, videos and just overall awesomeness as I attempt to conquer several of my biggest fears, including:
